Ok, I'm a honey mustard freak, not much I don't like it on, but the only honey mustard I like is what you get in most restaurants. I've never been able to duplicate it, and I always got frustrated. Well, we had some leftover chicken tenders from eating out last night, and I forgot to ask for some honey mustard to bring home, so I got really desperate. I took regular yellow mustard out of the fridge, and mixed honey in it. Of course this had the mustard sourness, yuck. I thought, and thought on what could give it the creaminess, and soften the sourness. HMMMMM? Well, I had a light bulb go off...Mayo!!! So I mixed in mayo, and BINGO!!! Not an exact duplicate, but pretty darn close. Yay!!!!
